A straightforward process

Notice is served on the Local Authority. You can then start
work on site 5 working days later. Plan appraisal (a continuous process
of resolving any outstanding issues is undertaken until approval
can be confirmed), statutory consultations and site inspections
are all undertaken by BlueKeep and you receive a Final
Certificate on satisfactory completion of the project.
