On completion of his approval and registration as an Individual Approved Inspector, by the Construction Industry Council, Christopher Ritchie set up his own consultancy firm BlueKeep in July 2004. A successful launch and growing portfolio of clients resulted in him being joined by Christopher Hall to form BlueKeep Limited Liability Partnership.

As one of only a handful of licensed Approved Inspectors, this enables BlueKeep LLP to carry out the Building Regulation function in lieu of the Local Authority. 

BlueKeep LLP was established to provide a tailored, professional service to the discerning client who needs a pro-active, integrated approach to ensuring their scheme complies with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.

Other professional services available include Fire Risk Assessment, Access Audits and the Planning Supervisor Role.
